I own a small business and have towels delivered weekly. First off, we really appreciate our driver, Doug. Professional, but friendly. He’s always looking out for us. I had emailed Lauren to see if they had medium nitrile gloves on a Monday. She said they did and would deliver on Wed. When Doug came, he said they had none, mediums were hard to come by. I emailed Lauren about my disappointment that it had never been communicated to me that l would not be receiving my gloves, leaving me in a bind for the weekend. Not more than three hours later, a different driver appeared at my shop with TWO cases of the medium gloves! They found them on another driver’s truck. So grateful for this service! Highly recommend!
